Personalized Orders ___________________________________________

All personalized orders have a 14-day warranty

A 50% deposit must be paid before processing your order. Customers have 24 hours to cancel orders. Any cancellations after 24 hours will be charged a cancellation fee.

Deposits are nun- refundable after 24 hours

Small Rush Orders (any notice of 4 days or less)

$5-$15

Large Rush Orders (any notice of 7 day or less)

$10-$20

Turn Around Time

Our turnaround time is 3-7 business days. If you need an image printed on the personalized items, please make sure that the image or images are clear and ready for processing. If the images are not clear or blurry, this may cause a delay in the production time

If there is a specific date that you need the order by, please put that information in the notes section during checkout.

No returns or exchanges
